For authors

Do I need to know how to create websites?
No. Just answer the questions about your course — the platform automatically creates its page. No programming knowledge or complicated settings are needed.
Where are my videos stored?
Inside the platform. There is no download button, your logo is shown over the video, and the materials are visible only to those who bought the course.
How long does it take to launch a course?
An evening for the page and the structure. After that — as long as you need to record the videos.
In what language can I create a course?
In any language. The course goes into the catalog of its language.
Do I have to answer learners?
No. You decide whether to include personal feedback in each course package. On the platform, learners are helped by an AI assistant: it answers questions about the learning materials for you and is available 24/7 for the whole period of study.
Who sets the price?
The author. You set the price of each package and the access period.

For learners

When will I get access to the course?
Right after payment. There is no additional confirmation to wait for.
How long will the course be available?
The access period is stated in the chosen package. You will see it before payment.
Can I download the videos?
No. Videos can be watched only on the platform. This helps protect the author's materials from being spread.
Who do I ask questions about the course?
Questions about the learning materials are answered by an AI assistant, available 24/7 throughout your studies. If the chosen package includes feedback from the author, you can also ask them questions under the lessons.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. You pay for the course once and learn for the whole access period.

1. Privacy policy

1.1. Data controller

tempussit.com — the Tempussit learning platform: the website tempussit.com and the author and learner account app.tempussit.com.

1.2. Name of the register

1.3. Purpose of the register

tempussit.com uses the personal data in its customer register to maintain author and learner accounts; to sell courses, take payments and open access to purchased courses; to run the author and learner accounts — courses, lessons, messages between author and learner, reviews and payouts to authors; to send service emails — sign-in codes, notices about new messages and about the course access period; and to answer support requests. The data is processed to perform the contract with the user and for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

1.4. Disclosure of data

tempussit.com does not sell personal data and does not disclose it to third parties for their own purposes. To run the platform, some data is received by services acting on behalf of tempussit.com:

— the payment providers Stripe, PayPal and CoinGate, when a course is paid for; card or wallet details are entered on their side, and tempussit.com never receives them;

— an email service: the recipient’s address and the text of the service email;

— an artificial intelligence model provider: the questions a learner asks about a course, and course texts when the author orders a translation.

All other data is stored on the platform’s servers and is not disclosed to anyone.

1.5. Cookies

The site tempussit.com sets only two of its own cookies, and both are necessary for it to work:

— tempussit_lang remembers the language you chose on the site; kept for one year;

— tempussit_cookie_consent remembers your choice in the cookie notice; kept for one year.

The site has no analytics, no advertising, no visitor counters and no social media buttons. The “Decline” button keeps only these necessary cookies. The account app.tempussit.com does not use cookies: your sign-in is kept in your browser’s storage on this device.

1.6. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the rights provided by the Data Protection Act, such as the right to information and the right of access to the data. The data subject also has the right to demand the correction or erasure of inaccurate or outdated data, and the right to object to processing in certain situations. If the data subject wishes to exercise these rights or has questions about the processing of personal data, they should contact the data controller at support@tempussit.com.
